Based upon the tried and true principles of hard work and diligence. Sounds pretty straightforward, yet few have what it takes. Work hard. Get fit, become strong, and live able-bodied.

Training with us will surely be far cry from anything you have ever done before. You will not find your typical "Mary and Joe" of the local family friendly fitness facility working out with us. We don't babysit your kids while you briskly walk on a treadmill, and we certainly won't baby sit you. We diverge from the flawed traditions that populate the mainstream health and wellness industry. If you choose to train with us, then you train hard, to get strong, and to get fit. If you're looking for a place where you can watch Oprah on an elliptical, then look elsewhere.

The Purpose of this Website

This website is here to promote the able-bodied culture and to invite those who think they have what it takes to come out and give it a shot. It is also here to provide a database of knowledge to those who are not able to train with us, either due to distance or other limitations, so that they may use the able-bodied system on their own. While this website is not a perfect substitute for training with a true able-bodied practitioner or specialist, it will provide those looking to enhance their physical well-being and/or athleticism with a strong foundation of the systems principles and protocols.

This website is however not for anybody who may be considered an idiot, void of common sense, a moron, irresponsible, or not cleared by a physician to partake in physical exercise. Those of us who train with this system realize quality, technique, and proper form always come first. Never do we put ourselves into a compromised position where we may sustain an injury. We take responsibility for our actions and so should anybody who visits this website. We are not reliable for any stupid things you may do to yourself; you may only hold yourself accountable. Train hard, but always train smart.
